Terms of Service

Sports Signal Intel (“SSI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a product of TechStaccs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company authorized to transact business in Florida. By accessing or using ssipicks.com (“the Service”), you (“you”, “user”, “subscriber”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in a jurisdiction where sports wagering is legal. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. SSI does not accept or place wagers, hold funds, or act as a sportsbook.

2. Description of Service

SSI provides sports betting intelligence tools, including handicapper performance tracking, pick analysis, probability estimation, expected value calculations, and market scanning. Content is provided for informational purposes only. SSI does not guarantee the accuracy, profitability, or outcome of any pick, recommendation, or analysis. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for your own wagering decisions and any financial outcomes resulting from them.

3. Subscription Tiers and Billing

3.1 Tiers

SSI offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: No cost. One pick per day, delivered via Telegram.
• Full Access: $20 per week or $45 per month, includes the full daily card, Pick of the Day, delivered and graded via Telegram.
• VIP: Coming soon. Pricing has not been announced.

3.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

3.3 Free Trials

The Monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial, and your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. The Weekly plan does not include a free trial.

3.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days written notice via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 No Refunds

Due to the time-sensitive nature of sports picks and the proprietary nature of the analysis delivered, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted or once a pick has been delivered for a given period. Picks and analysis lose all value once the applicable game, event, or betting window has started or the result is known, and cannot be “returned” once delivered. SSI does not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: unused subscription time, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with picks or analysis, failure to use the Service, change of mind, or user error. By subscribing, you expressly waive any right to a refund or chargeback under applicable consumer protection laws where waiver is permitted. Standard carve-outs may still apply: clear technical billing errors (such as a duplicate charge or a charge processed after cancellation was confirmed) may be corrected at SSI’s discretion upon review.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button on your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain full access to all paid features until that date. No prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the billing period.

4.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer without first contacting SSI support may result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from the Service. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to credit bureaus and collection agencies.

4.4 Account Termination by SSI

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or any other reason at our sole discretion. If we terminate your account for cause, no refund will be issued.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with any other person.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish picks, analysis, or other SSI content.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Misrepresent your age, location, or identity.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten SSI staff or other users.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including picks, analysis, software, text, graphics, logos, and data compilations, is owned by TechStaccs LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SSI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce profitable outcomes. All picks, analysis, and projections are opinions based on available data and modeling at the time of publication. Actual outcomes may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechStaccs LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, wagers, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid to SSI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Responsible Gambling

SSI encourages responsible gambling. Sports wagering involves risk of financial loss. You should never wager more than you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org for help.

You are responsible for setting and adhering to your own limits. SSI provides informational tools only and does not place wagers on your behalf or control your bankroll.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Palm Beach County, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
