1. Service Description
Sports Signal Intel (“SSI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides sports betting analysis, information, and intelligence tools including odds comparison, pick recommendations, bankroll management tools, and performance analytics. SSI is an information and analysis service only. We do not place bets on behalf of users, operate a sportsbook, or act as a financial advisor. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes.
2. No Guarantee of Profits
Sports betting involves inherent risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. SSI makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding profitability, winning percentages, or the accuracy of any analysis or recommendation. Users assume all risk associated with any betting decisions they make. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose.
3. User Assumes All Risk
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) all betting decisions are solely your own; (b) you are solely responsible for any financial losses; (c) SSI does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice; and (d) you will only use our service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Age and Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal to use this service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
5. Subscription Terms
SSI offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new users. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by visiting ssipicks.com/contact. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We do not charge cancellation fees.
7. Refund Policy
All subscriptions are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
8. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at ssipicks.com/contact.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, analysis, algorithms, models, software, and materials provided through SSI are our proprietary intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the service; (b) any betting decisions made based on our analysis; (c) unauthorized access to your account; or (d) any third-party conduct on the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
13. Privacy Policy
Your use of SSI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, providing false information, or any conduct we deem harmful to other users or the integrity of our service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
